What I consider to be one of the inevitabilities of life is a
splendid and beautiful exercise training program. Yes, you
heard me right, and everyone surely needs one. 

The only difference is that mine may differ significantly from
yours, and what matters is to adopt one that suits you and your
body frame. 

If you have not started the process, it is never too late to
begin. No one cares if you are a youngster in his twenties and
in his prime who feels he is immortal because nothing can be
farther from the truth. 

This is why it is crucial to look for alternative and effective
exercise training program. Anyone who is in the dark about where

Recently, I was watching a boring television show titled
“Celebrity Fit Club”. A lady called Carnie Wilson disclosed
that exercise scares her stiff, something I find very pathetic,
because what on earth is there in exercises that should scare
people? 

I mean it is not a case of asking people to plunge head-on into
a battle. What we are referring to here is a simple exercise
training program, which to me is a harmless activity. 

Thus I naturally took this to be the biggest cop-out in the
long history of the globe. That might sound a little too big,
but I guess you got the drift. 

The show also features famous people and their lifestyles, and
you guess right because they don’t do anything. Many of them
are has-beens who simply relax all day. 

Now you see why we wonder what makes it difficult for these
people to incorporate an exercise training program into their
itinerary. And what makes the situation more appalling is the
fact that many people look up to celebrities. In my opinion,
most of them are a whiny bunch. 

The only advice I have for anyone who hasn’t seen the perfect
exercise training program that will suit their peculiar need is
to get cracking right away. The reality is that the years are
drifting by slowly as you linger about the choice you want and
yet you are getting out of shape. 

If you ask me, this surely is not a way to live. It is crucial
to take proper care of your body as you advance in age so that
it will continue to function very well even when you attain
what is now known as the golden years. 

I am sure you don’t want to be like one of those old coots who
find it difficult to take a walk down the street without
tripping and breaking a hip in the process. 

There is no better time to start a diet and exercise training
program, so get cracking right away.

When it Comes To Nutrition, Just Exactly What Are The Best Foods

There is so much advice out there on Nutrition it’s become
an absolute minefield, especially with the advent of the
internet, just what is it all about.

Although everyone knows it is very important to eat an
healthy diet, are you sure what is good for you and what

Lets look at grains, very important and shouldn’t be

much as possible in to your diet.

When it comes to fruit, although we all know a few of our
favourites, why not try, bananas, apricots, dates, melons,

Some of the better vegetables to be including in your diet
would be carrots, collards, green beans, green peas,
potatoes (my favourite), spinach, brocolli, tomatoes.

Lean meats are essential also, like shellfish, beef,
poultry, pork, the most essential thing here would be to
make sure you select only the very lean cuts and trim away
any visible fats, also try and poach, broil or roast the
meats whenever possible always try and remove all the skin
from any poultry you have.

Now we all (or most of us) enjoy drinking milk so the tip
here is to make sure you use fat free or low fat milk also
with your cheese’s buy the reduced fat cheese, also a
favourite of mine is low fat frozen yoghurt.

The better end of the spectrum when it comes to eating nuts
or seeds and legumes are peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds,
walnuts, sunflower seeds, kidney beans, split peas and
lentils.

Also make sure you include plenty of water in your diet,
ever seen what a plant looks like when not watered for a
week or so, water is in every cell, organ and tissue in your
body, without it we don’t function.

Make sure you add water when having your meals, although if
you are having broth’s, soups or high water content
vegetables like, tomatoes, celery, oranges, melons you won’t
need quite as much extra water.

Just remember that you need plenty as it it plays a large
part of your health regime, keeping your temperature normal,
gets rid of wastes through urination, bowel movements and
perspiration. If you leave it until you actually feel
thirsty your already a little late, so keep topping up at
very regular intervals. As with all things you can over do
it, so check with your doctor first if deciding to increase
your fluids dramatically.

Let’s talk a little about fat intake, obviously this usually
needs monitored a little more than most things, lately we
have been hearing a lot about Trans Fats, but just what are
they, basically they are the fats created when processing
food, it’s the liquid oils being turned into solid fats, the
process known as hydrogenation, it supposedly helps in
making foods last longer while on the supermarket shelves.

The problem is that these partially-hydrogenated oils
contain trans fats which can also increase low-density
lipoprotein LDL-cholesterol and decrease  high-density
lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol - risk factors for heart
disease.

Luckily for us a lot of manufacturers have changed how they
are processing there foods to try and cut back on the amount
of trans fat in there products.

Saturated fats are the more solid fats as you will see if
you make a pan of meat stew and let it cool, the saturated
fat is usually the white solid stuff that’s around the top,
it’s also less visible in cheeses, whole fat milk and cream
and butter. It’s usually the animal fats that contain
saturated fats, so you do want to be careful on consumption.

Cholestrol is something that is found in animal based
products like meats, poultry, egg yolks, so if you can limit
your intake of these products you will be well on your way
to a healthier you, and isn’t that what we all want.
